Return window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
Non-returnable items
Grocery items, opened beauty products and innerwear cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless damaged or incorrect.
How to request a return
Contact our support team with your order ID and photographs of the item. We will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
